ABOUT THE ROLE
CNS Worldwide Executive Search partners with a French leader in biogas cleaning solutions to find a results-driven Sales Manager for their UK market entry.
This role not only offers the opportunity to establish the company's presence in the UK but also has the potential to evolve, expanding responsibilities to cover Northern Europe and the Nordics as a future step.

KEY RESPONSABILITIES
UK Market Entry & Sales Development:
- Develop and execute a market entry strategy for the UK, identifying key opportunities in sectors such as agriculture, waste management, and industrial energy production.
- Build a strong customer base through effective lead generation, presentations, and consultative selling techniques.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring the company achieves a strong foothold in the UK market.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Establish and maintain trusted partnerships with clients by offering tailored solutions that meet their technical and operational needs.
- Provide post-sales support and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction to encourage repeat business.
Regional Expansion:
- Lay the groundwork for future market expansion into Northern Europe and the Nordics, conducting research and building relationships with potential clients in these regions.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop sales strategies for cross-regional growth, ensuring a smooth transition from UK focus to multi-region responsibility.
Networking & Industry Representation:
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and industry events, positioning it as a key player in the renewable energy sector.
Collaboration & Reporting:
- Partner with internal teams, including engineering, product development, and marketing, to align on client needs and product offerings.
- Provide regular sales updates, market insights, and performance reports to leadership.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Demonstrated success in B2B sales, ideally within renewable energy, industrial machinery, or environmental solutions.
- Experience entering new markets and building a brand presence from the ground up.
- Technical knowledge of biogas systems or related technologies is a strong advantage.
