As a Pension Scheme Data Analyst, you’ll play a key role in shaping how they onboard pension schemes, improve data quality, and strengthen their internal processes as the team expands.We’re looking for a Pension Scheme Data Analyst to support the onboarding of new pension schemes to a growing BPA business. You’ll analyse, transform and validate defined benefit pension data, ensure accuracy and completeness, and help improve processes as the team expands.What you’ll do:Analyse and validate DB pension scheme dataTransform and prepare data for system uploadComplete reconciliations and audit trailsTest calculations and automated processesHelp identify and prevent data issuesSupport process and system improvementsWhat we’re looking for:Knowledge of DB pension schemesExperience with large datasets or migrationsStrong analytical skills + ExcelGood communication and problem-solving skillsExperience in pensions or financial services is an advantageYou’ll be a great fit if you enjoy working with data, solving problems and producing accurate, reliable results.
