What are the pay and benefitsTime off and FlexibilityOur Pobl Repairs Team covers areas between Haverfordwest and Monmouthshire with our office base for this role being Swansea.Working days are predominately Monday to Friday days or you can work compressed hours on a 9 day fortnight.26 days holiday plus Bank holidays. Whether working individually or as part of a dynamic team youll handle a diverse range of building maintenance tasks. Your primary focus will be on our reactive maintenance team carrying our day to day repairs for our tenanted properties. Occasionally you may lend your expertise to other areas of the business such as voids or planned maintenance.What skills and experience do you needProven Expertise: Showcase your plastering skills with experience in both domestic and commercial settings. As this is a Multi Skilled role we require you to have a secondary skill preferably in carpentry.Qualifications: Provide evidence of relevant qualifications (if applicable) and experience to excel in your role.Effective Communication: Demonstrate excellent communication skills essential for interacting with customers and colleagues alike.Safety Awareness: Maintain a keen awareness of health and safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.Initiative and Positivity: Show initiative and maintain a positive outlook contributing to our positive connected and considerate workplace culture.Tech: You will be required to utilise an electronic handheld device alongside some admin responsibilities for the role too.Our values are positive connected and considerate.
