Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver engaging and dynamic English lessons to students
  • Create and implement lesson plans aligned with the national curriculum
  • Assess and evaluate student progress, providing feedback and support
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum and teaching practices
  • Participate in staff meetings and professional development sessions
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and other stakeholders

Requirements

  • Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching English at the primary or secondary level
  • Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of individual students
  • Passion for education and commitment to student success
  • Flexibility and adaptability in response to changing classroom needs
