Job Title: Quality Coordinator Quality Coordinator
Salary: £35k - £37k Plus Fantastic Benefits + Hybrid Working
Reports to Operations Director Interfaces with Project Leader / project team members / HR Department Job summary: Responsible for the coordination of relevant quality documentation and preparation of various audits.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop a high level of communication and engagement with various teams, to improve quality management system.
- Maintaining quality documentation to required standard, tracking, and updating documents as required.
- Manage company TIDP ensuring policies documents are updated accordingly.
- Follow up and update any NCR’s and corrective actions within the NCR Register. Investigation and reporting on customer complaints, and implementation of
- Carrying out internal audits, support and participate in third party, and external audits.
- Participate in weekly quality meetings as required by Operations Director
- Ensure audit and policy folders are updated regularly.
- Understanding various BSI and ISO clauses and processes Knowledge, Skills and Qualities required: Teamwork, good communication, attention to detail, adaptability, deadline focused Software applications: The role requires good knowledge of Microsoft Office Company perspective · Be familiar with company Quality Management systems and processes.
