As the Home Manager, you'll be rewarded with a salary of 70,000, Plus KPI-based bonus of 10% and the chance to progress within the company. Not to mention, you'll have 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays to enjoy.
Our Client are known for their high standards of care, State of the art Care homes and their investment to staff development.
As the Home Manager, you'll be accountable for:
  • Overseeing the day-to-day operations of Medium sized Nursing home
  • Ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations
  • Managing and training staff
  • Handling budget management
  • Upholding high standards of care
Package and Benefits:
As the Home Manager, you'll receive:
  • An annual salary starting at £70,000

The ideal Home Manager will have:
  • A nursing qualification (desirable but not essential)
  • At least 3 years of experience in a Nursing Home management position
  • A good knowledge of CQC compliance
