Medtronic has announced its intention to separate the Diabetes division to promote future growth and innovation within the business and reallocate investments and resources across Medtronic subject to applicable information and consultation requirements. As a separate entity we anticipate leveraging increased investments to drive meaningful innovation and enhance our impact on patient care.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:Providing safe and accurate technical support and guidance to customers using Medtronic Diabetes products and services in an efficient and timely mannerGiving support directly to patients as well as Medtronic personnel and other Health Care ProfessionalsResolving technical queries using an array of troubleshooting toolsEnsuring all details are recorded within our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) databaseExceeding customer expectations when handling and resolving inquiriesAlways striving for first contact resolution and offering a world-class serviceGaining in-depth Therapy and Product Knowledge understanding Call Management and Quality Management as well as TroubleshootingRequired Knowledge and Experience:Great communication skills (verbal and written) in Swedish and EnglishAbility to remain calm and demonstrate resilience during pressurized situationsComputer literate with experience using MS Office suite (Word Excel Outlook) and a CRM systemAbility to effectively multi-task (navigate between programs to access customer data and input text whilst providing real-time care instructions)Basic to intermediate level of math skills required to assist customers with their vital statisticsPhysical Job RequirementsThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this position but they are not an exhaustive list of all the required responsibilities and skills of this position.Benefits & CompensationMedtronic offers a competitive Salary and flexible Benefits PackageA commitment to our employees lives at the core of our values.
