Talent Acquisition Consultant

Recruiter on Demand (RoD) is a people first organisation. We work in a collaborative, fun remote environment and embed with our client's TA teams.
We're looking to hire a Dutch speaking Talent Acquisition Consultant for a 3 month project working for a global entertainment business.
You'll be tasked with speaking with / assessing candidates who have been sourced for you. They will mostly be early career first / second jobbers.
You'll be assessing them on basic competencies as well as personality and willingness to relocate for a period within Europe.
All candidates will be applying for Dutch speaking roles and you'll need to assess their Dutch language proficiency.
The role is fully remote and you can be based anywhere in Europe / UK.
You'll be embedded as part of our client's existing TA team, work side by side with our embedded recruiters and have direct contact with hiring managers etc.
