As a Product Owner in our Agile environment at Rosenxt you will be a key component of the growing team. Working closely with our engineers you will help shape the requirements and solutions for the complex technical challenges that we face and drive value perspective as we develop our product offering.In this role youll work on cutting-edge technology that makes a real-world impact as we create autonomous systems that operate in some of the worlds most challenging environments. Youll have the opportunity to see the technology in action through field trials and real-world deployments all while working in a collaborative hybrid environment in central Bristol.Product OwnerWhat you can expectDefine and prioritise product features and roadmap aligned with business goalsOwn the product backlog and ensure clarity and transparencyPlan and communicate product roadmapCollaborate with the engineering team to drive agile development cyclesInterface with stakeholders to gather feedback and translate needs into product requirementsOversee product testing and customer engagementWhat you bringEssential skills and experience that you bring:Minimum 2 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar (Product Manager Delivery Manager etc) ideally within a complex technical environmentProven experience with Agile and/or Lean methodologiesProficient at facilitating team workshops and ceremoniesComfortable in stakeholder engagementUnderstanding of software development processesAbility to quickly grasp and translate complex technical concepts in robotics and subsea engineering into clear product requirementsExperience with work management tooling (i.e. Jira Azure DevOps etc)Desirable but non-essential skills and experience that you have:Degree in a technical or scientific fieldWorking understanding of autonomous mobile robots or subsea roboticsIndustry knowledge for Offshore Wind or Oil and GasLook forward toDevelopment and career opportunities in a global innovative and long-term orientated group of companies with family characterFlexible hybrid working30 days annual leave bank holidaysCompany pension scheme where all employees receive a standard 10% employer contribution with no obligation for employee contributionsCompany sponsored life insurance and private medical insuranceCycle scheme provided by Green Cycle InitiativeCompetitive remuneration package Key Skills Bidding,Exploration,Apparel Merchandising,Adobe Dreamweaver,Courier Delivery,Airlines Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
