Job Title: Occupational Therapist - Home FirstLocation: Dorchester (Hybrid)Pay Rate: 35 per hourJob Description:Liquid Personnel is recruiting an Occupational Therapist for its clients Home First Team (Adult Social Care) based in Dorchester.Our clients Home First Occupational Therapy Team is expanding to meet the growing demand for hospital discharge support active recovery and reablement services. We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join this dynamic and fast-paced team.What will your responsibilities beYoull work collaboratively with health and community partners to deliver person-centred care that improves individual outcomes. The OT team is a core part of the wider Home First Social Care Team operating across all areas of Dorset.
