The Technical Manager is a new role within the business and will play a critical part in ensuring that their quality standards, safety protocols and technical excellence are second to none.

The Key Accountabilities include :

• Managing quality assurance and compliance including audits.
• Inspiring, motivating and leading the NPD, Innovation and Technical teams.
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborating with the senior team and your peers to ensure all technical outputs are of the highest standard.
• Driving a customer focus culture, putting internal and external customers at the heart of all actions and decisions.
