The Role As a Mechanical Estimator, you will be responsible for: * Preparing accurate and competitive tenders for mechanical building services projects * Completing material take offs, equipment schedules, and labour calculations * Reviewing drawings, specifications, and client requirements * Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain quotations * Identifying value engineering opportunities and technical solutions * Supporting pre construction and operational teams throughout the tender process * Working to tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of accuracy About You ...
