Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (hybrid working)

With their dedication to providing exceptional services, they are looking for a talented Finance Assistant to support their finance team in handling various financial tasks and responsibilities.
?? Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly management reports to assist in decision-making processes.
- Conduct bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
- Reconcile customer and supplier accounts to maintain correct records.
- Implement effective credit control procedures to manage outstanding payments.
- Assist with managing the sales and purchase ledger and ensure timely payments.
- Handle daily financial transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Undertake ad hoc duties as required by the finance team.
? Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in finance or a related field.
- Proficient in monthly management accounts and reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to conduct bank and account reconciliations.
- Knowledge of credit control procedures and payment management.
- Good communication skills to liaise with customers and suppliers.
- Highly motivated and able to work effectively in a team.
