My client is looking for an experienced Enterprise Security Architect to join their team on a contract basis initially for 6 months.


The Enterprise Security Architect will work at a Group level and will be responsible for leading the strategic development of the organisations global approach to cybersecurity architecture.

You will progress the development, communication and application of the organisations Enterprise Security Reference Architecture (ESRA). Provide advice and guidance across all business units.

Provide governance and accountability for global enterprise security architecture decisions.

Deputising for Chief Security Architect when required.


You will be leading a Security Enterprise Architecture team and need to have experience of working within large global federated and regulated environments


The successful candidate will need to have;

  • Extensive experience of working in security roles, with the majority in security architecture and enterprise security architecture roles.
  • Previous experience directly designing solutions in at least three of the following domains: software engineering, DevSecOps, incident management and response, security analysis, threat intelligence, security risk assessment and management.
  • Experience of working within federated and regulated environments
  • Experience operating at a senior level in a security architecture role.
  • Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional, interdisciplinary teams to achieve tactical and strategic goals.
  • Holds relevant professional qualifications in Information Security (e.g. SANS, CISM, CISSP).
  • Significant experience implementing enterprise security architecture functions and drawing on a wide range of security frameworks (e.g., TOGAF and SABSA for security architecture, as well as NIST CSF, ISO 27001 and NCSC CAF for general security frameworks).


The role can be based predominantly remotely with approx 2 days a month in the office


Please note this role is paying up to £900 a day has been deemed inside of IR35. You will need to work through an umbrella company if successful.
