Working Hours: 7am - 7pm, 4 on 4 off shifts

About Us
We are a prestigious residential building located in the heart of Manchester City Centre, dedicated to delivering outstanding service to our residents. We are looking for a dedicated Concierge to join our team and become the face of our community.
What We Offer
Competitive Hourly Rate: £13.50 per hour.
Flexible Working Pattern: 7am to 7pm shifts, on a 4 on 4 off rotation.

Responsibilities
Resident Assistance: Provide a warm and welcoming service to all residents and visitors, assisting with their needs and queries.
Security and Safety: Monitor building security systems and conduct regular patrols to ensure the safety and security of the premises.
Mail and Deliveries: Manage the distribution of mail and parcels, ensuring they are promptly and accurately delivered to residents.
Facility Management: Oversee the maintenance of communal areas, reporting any issues to the relevant departments for swift resolution.
Event Coordination: Assist in organising and coordinating resident events and activities to foster a strong community spirit.
Information Resource: Act as an information point for residents, providing updates on building services, local amenities, and events.
Requirements
Experience: Previous experience in a concierge, customer service, or hospitality role is highly desirable.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanour.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to resolving issues.
Organisational Skills: Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being able to work independently when required.
Flexibility: Willingness to work the required shift pattern of 4 on 4 off, from 7am to 7pm.
