This expanding company and team, are seeking a Helpdesk Advisor, to be responsible for providing technical support & general customer service queries, to both internal and external customers. Key responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer queries and providing technical support via phone, email and chat
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and providing solutions to customers
  • Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues
  • Collaborating with other teams to identify opportunities for process improvement

What are we looking for?

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Experience in a technical customer service support role, scheduling and appointment setting customer service telephony experience
