This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference by supporting students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, autism, and other complex learning challenges. The Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with classroom teachers and SEND specialists to support students across Key Stages 2–4 in a structured, nurturing, and therapeutic environment. Your role will be pivotal in building students' confidence, helping them develop life skills, and supporting their academic and personal progress.
