They are looking for a self starter who can deliver first-class service to their landlords. It is essential that applicants are familiar with lettings laws and legislations. You'll need a cool head, and be able to deal with unexpected and demanding situations in a professional way. Strong IT and administration skills are a must.

Responsibilities:in addition to being hands on and carrying out all listed property management roles on a daily basis- Liaising with Head of Property Management and being the point of contact for PM in the branch.
- Reporting- Driving and motivating the local PM team.- Complaint resolution.- Strive to continuously improve processes and actively contribute towards discussions.- Hosting morning meetings to identify key actions for the day to ensure smooth operation- Must have experience leading a team.
Requirements:- Proven experience as a Property Manager- Strong knowledge of property management principles and practices- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proficient in data entry and record keeping- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Knowledge of local landlord/tenant laws and regulations
