NPD Technologist

Key Responsibilities * Develop new bakery products from concept through to launch * Support customer presentations, product trials and factory scale-ups * Work collaboratively with Technical, Operations, and Commercial teams * Manage project timelines and ensure accurate documentation and specifications * Conduct benchmarking, ingredient sourcing, product testing and shelf-life evaluations * Contribute ideas, insights and innovation to help drive category-leading products About You * Experience in a food manufacturing environment — bakery experience is highly desirable * Strong understanding of ingredients, processes, and product development lifecycle * Creative thinker with an eye for detail and a passion for flavour and quality * Confident communicator able to present ideas internally and to customers * Strong organisational and project management skills * Proactive, curi...
