Technical Business Analyst


Our client a leading luxury travel company, who are committed to delivering exceptional experiences to their customers, is searching for a Technical Business Analyst to join their team. Working within a busy team you will come from an analyst-based role, looking to develop further into a Business Analyst, ideally within the travel sector.


A Few Key Responsibilities of a Technical Business Analyst include:

  • Being able to demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, translating business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Be confident in business process modelling techniques and tools to streamline operations.
  • Working on internal CRM’s ideally Hubspot, or Salesforce specifically.
  • Have previous experience with Agile software delivery methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Be confident in creating detailed requirements documentation including functional specifications, use cases, and user stories.


As a Technical Business Analyst you’ll have:

  • Proven experience as an analyst, preferably in the travel industry
  • Proficiency in analytical thinking and problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with business process modelling techniques and Agile software delivery methodologies.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Technical expertise in API's and databases is advantageous.


This role is working as part of a great travel team – working on a hybrid basis offering a great base salary and company related benefits.
