The Role:

As a Media Buyer, you're the fresh talent we're eager to welcome into our operations team. Working closely with senior account managers, you'll dive headfirst into managing, optimising, and enhancing paid social advertising initiatives. Being mentored by our Head Of Agency, you'll gain hands-on experience quickly.As you grow into the role, you'll take the reins on a portfolio of clients, becoming their trusted advisor for growth strategies.Expect to:

• Working predominantly within the Meta Advertising suite alongside some Tiktok accounts
• Drive campaign performance, navigating towards new heights of success.
• Liaising with design team to create compelling creatives and landing pages
• Working closely with your senior media buyer leading the overarching strategy of your clients account
• Implement marketing strategies rooted in data, innovative research, and client feedback.
• Analyse, report, refine, and scale successful tactics to maximise client ROI.

Who We're Seeking:

• A degree graduate, preferably in STEM or Marketing.
• Experience in running ads on Meta or Google platforms is a plus.
• Eagerness to learn, openness to mentorship, and a hunger for personal growth.
• Previous marketing experience? Even better.
