HW Interim Solutions are partnering with a Yorkshire based client to appoint a Senior PMO & Change Lead on a 12-month fixed-term contract, supporting a period of significant people-led and organisational transformation.This role sits at the heart of a complex change agenda, with a strong emphasis on HR-driven programmes, cultural change, capability uplift and the coordination of multiple interdependent initiatives.The roleLead and mature the PMO capability across a broad portfolio of HR, people and business change initiativesPut in place clear governance, prioritisation and reporting, ensuring senior leaders have confidence in delivery, sequencing and capacityAct as a key partner to HR, People and Transformation leaders, translating strategic intent into structured, deliverable plansEmbed robust change management disciplines, supporting adoption, engagement and sustainability across the organisationProvide clear, pragmatic insight into risks, dependencies, resourcing and delivery trade-offs, operating comfortably in an evolving environmentAbout youProven experience operating in a senior PMO role within complex, change-heavy organisationsStrong exposure to HR, people change, organisational design or cultural transformationComfortable working at pace with senior stakeholders, providing challenge as well as assuranceHighly pragmatic, delivery-focused and able to bring clarity where direction is still emergingTo be considered, please share a recent CV clearly evidencing relevant PMO and people-led change experience.Due to the expected level of interest, we will only be able to respond to applicants whose background closely aligns with the requirements of the role.
