A leading global manufacturer is seeking an experienced and dynamic Interim Head of Marketing for a 6-month fixed term contract. This is an exceptional opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

The Role


Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Interim Head of Marketing will be responsible for:


  • Leading internal and external communications and branding initiatives
  • Overseeing the digital marketing strategy and personalization efforts
  • Managing and developing a team of four marketing professionals
  • Implementing targeted strategies for continental Europe, the Middle East, USA, and Asia
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance proactive marketing support
  • Driving the adoption of marketing technology to engage various customer personas


Key Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute strong brand and communications strategies
  • Create personalization strategies for complex B2B and B2B2B markets
  • Lead website development initiatives
  • Manage budgets effectively to achieve impactful outcomes
  • Support the transition of customers to newer products through strategic marketing efforts
  • Contribute to the company's double-digit growth goals


The Ideal Candidate


We are looking for a seasoned marketing professional with:


  • Demonstrated experience in a marketing leadership role
  • Proven ability to build and manage high-performance teams
  • Strong background in brand strategy and communications
  • Extensive experience with marketing technology and CRM systems
  • Ability to work with technical and regulated products
  • Global marketing experience, particularly in entering new markets
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • A collaborative, customer-centric approach
  • Strategic thinking and quick learning abilities
  • Degree educated, preferably with CIM qualifications or equivalent
