Client Reporting Associate Edinburgh6 Month Initial Contract Responsibilities:Deliver an outstanding client experience through the delivery of complex client reporting at monthly and quarterly cyclesDeliver and operate oversight processes owned within the team to monitor ongoing report implementation and completionProactively identify opportunities for improvement with the reporting process and deliver process improvements on a quarterly basisValidation and implementation of output to process requirements into the live business environmentWork closely with Report Onboarding teams to coordinate accurate and timely delivery of industry standard reportingCapture client feedback to analyse, design and test client reporting enhancements both in the tool and in report content through application of tactical technology skillsetsBackground:Hands-on automation experience with tools such as SQL, Python, VBA, would be beneficialProficiency with Microsoft Excel, in particular complex formulae and visualisation Experience interacting with product stakeholders and requirement capturingDelivery driven individual with problem-solving skills, analytical mindset and attention to detailExhibits strong planning, organisational and interpersonal skillsAbility to clearly communicate objectives and articulate the rationale behind those goalsSelf-motivated: able to show initiative and come up with ideas without promptingStrong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)Technical aptitude, and qualifications such as the IMC would be helpful
