If youre keen to join us we have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Pensions DC Consulting Director in our dedicated national DC Consulting team to deliver advice to some of the UKs best-known return we offer the opportunity to continue to develop your skills within a leading advisory firm where flexibility hybrid working and work/life balance are central to the way we work.The role:Leading a portfolio of large/medium clients with both Trust and contract-based DC schemes and wider savings productsProviding advice on scheme design investment communications retirement support provider selection governance and Auto-Enrolment compliance.Reviewing advice papers drafted by others.Running client meetings.Proactive prospecting with organisations that are new to WTW and also focussing on growing existing WTW client relationships.Representing WTW DC Consulting internally and externally at conferences round tables events etc.Leading and contributing to internal client and colleague related specialist groups e.g. covering key DC issues or colleague development groups.Supporting training and where appropriate managing/mentoring other colleagues.Enjoy a benefits package designed to help you thrive both professionally and personally. Start making the most of your career and wellbeing with a range of benefits tailored for you.This is a Certification Function role under the Financial Conduct Authoritys (FCAs) Senior Manager and Certification Regime.QualificationsThe RequirementsStrong UK DC knowledge and experience gained in a consulting role.Must have Trust based DC consulting experienceMust have experience in providing consulting advice on scheme design investment communications retirement support provider selection governance and Auto-Enrolment compliance.Relevant professional qualifications e.g. PMI CII IMC etc and/or a certified individual under SMCR.Proactive inquisitive and organised with excellent project management and relationship management skillsPossess a strong growth mindset for self-development growing client revenues and new business.Detail oriented with good communication skills.Willing to muck in to help us exceed our client and colleague expectations.Able to set and work efficiently within budgets without jeopardising quality of work.Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel would be advantageous but not essential.Share our WTW values Client Focus Teamwork Integrity Respect and Excellence.Were committed to equal employment opportunity and provide application interview and workplace adjustments and accommodations to all applicants.
