SAP APO SNP (Optimizer) and PPDS expert

Introduction

Wipro is looking for SAP APO SNP(Optimizer) and PPDS subject matter expert (SME) for working on PRE and POST implementation issues and support to work in a challenging environment to work for one of our FMCG client. Your responsibilities

• Resolving post implementation issues in post go live support and enhancements done to improve productivity and performance of the SAP system.

• Day to day production support activities in SNP, PPDS, DP. Meet the SLA requirements down for the support project.

• Daily troubleshooting of user queries and resolution of issues. Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.

• Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems.

• Document functional designs, test cases and results. Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements

• Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members

• SAP Supply Chain Planning consultant capable to provide solutions to complex medium term (Tactical) and operational planning methodologies.

• Experience as SAP Functional Consultant with Domain experience in the areas of Supply Chain Planning.
