Your challenge will be to help establish a successful claims function to best support corporate VIP clients with the claims process. In this newly created role, you’ll get the chance to really shine - while also making a real and highly valued contribution towards a crucial element in the growth strategy of this unique and dynamic business.


Drawing on all your experience, skillsets, you'll firmly shape how claims client service is delivered.


As Commercial Claims Manager, your main objectives will include building strong relationships with VIP corporate clients and guiding them seamlessly through the claims process. Working closely with senior members of the established Commercial Department, you’ll quickly establish yourself as an integral part of each client’s servicing team and attend regular client and insurer meetings. This role requires an experienced, talented, ultra-professional candidate, who’s a consummate and highly polished communicator.

In return, your career path will be on a faster track, working with prestigious clients alongside an inspiring broking team. Intermediate knowledge of Acturis is essential and excellent depth of working with large corporate clients (turnover £25m+) regarding complex motor fleet and commercial claims are crucial.


We are seeking a claims professional with a minimum of 2 years' experience in handling Motor Fleet claims and ideally either Commercial Combined, Professional Indemnity, and Management Liability claims. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of the entire claims process, from initial notification to final settlement.
