Our client, a premium brand franchised dealership in Cambridge, has the requirement for an experienced Head of Sales / General Sales Manager to lead their high performing and successful Sales department.

Head of Sales / General Sales Manager Responsibilities

As a Head of Sales / General Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  1. Inspire and drive the sales team forward
  2. Installing and maintaining processes
  3. Manufacturer reporting
  4. Stock management
  5. Marketing
  6. Maximising sales conversion and profitability
  7. Actively promoting Finance and Insurance related products
  8. Skilled at second facing customers
  9. Accounts Reviews
  10. Manufacturer & Supplier relationships
  11. Budgeting
  12. Staff Appraisals
Experience, Skills & Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 2 years General Sales Manager / Head of Sales experience
  2. Franchised Dealership Experience
  3. Full UK Driving Licence
Remuneration & Benefits

Basic Salary: £45,000
On Target Earnings: £80,000
