Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company , is seeking a Packing Operative to join their team in Maidenhead. With a strong focus on manufacturing and marketing generic pharmaceutical products, our client serves clients across the UK. Join a dynamic and innovative organisation that is dedicated to improving healthcare outcomes.Industry: ManufacturingContract Type: PermanentSalary Range: £24,000 per annum (depending on experience)The candidate must have their own vehicle to get to Maidenhead or must live local in Maidenhead.Working Pattern: Full Time - The role is paying £24K.
Monday - Friday. One week one shift will be 6am-2pm and they will be introducing a late shift which will be 13.45pm - 21-45pm. They will then work on a weekly rota.

The successful candidate will be responsible for various tasks related to the packaging and production of pharmaceutical products.Key Responsibilities:Verify and prepare repackaging material and equipment for production runsConfidently participate in the packaging machine setup and changeovers for production runsFollow work instructions, standards, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)Operate packaging equipment, troubleshoot issues, and make necessary adjustmentsFollow escalation protocols in a timely manner when troubleshooting efforts failPackage semi-finished products into finished products, ensuring adherence to packaging specifications and quality standardsCollaborate with maintenance personnel when mechanical issues require escalationEnsure personal, production room, and equipment sanitationDevelop an understanding of batch record information and maintain accurate and complete recordsActively engage in technical training and comply with all required training as a member of the operations teamQualifications:Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferredStrong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accuratelyBasic mathematical skills for record keeping purposesExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilitiesAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced environmentGood communication skills and willingness to collaborate with team membersA proactive and self-motivated approach to workHow to Apply:Please apply as soon as possible for an immediate start by submitting your updated CV and a cover letter explaining your suitability for the role.
