This role is for you if you have at least one years’ experience as a Financial Administrator. You will be joining a strong team where there will be support, exposure to an abundance of knowledge, great benefits, and should you desire to advance as a paraplanner, there will be opportunities to progress.

The Business

The business is a well-established IFA based in the heart of Cumbria. They are a business that values their employee’s growth, needs, and understands the need for a good work/life balance. You have the option to work in either their Carlise or Penrith office.

The Role

As part of the administration team, you will be working closely with office managers and financial planners to provide efficient, high-quality, and compliant service. During a typical day, you will be involved in processing new business, communicating with clients and providers, ensuring all documentation is compliant, assisting with research and basic reports, and updating relevant back-office information.

Benefits

  • Salary - Up to £28k depending on experience
  • Hybrid working after probation
  • Flexitime. Core hours are 10am - 12pm, and 2pm - 4pm.
  • Death in service at 4x your annual salary.
  • Health and Wellbeing plan.
  • Paid overtime at time and a half
  • Pension contribution of 5%.
  • 20 days annual + bank holidays. Rising by 1 day with each year of service up to a maximum of 30 days.
