Reporting into the Motor Retail Trading team your key responsibilities will include:Leading on the delivery of price optimisation strategies designed to achieve business objectivesProposing and delivering tactical changes to drive value or mitigate risk to planMonitoring performance against plans and identifying deep dive activity in relation to performance anomalies and opportunitiesInputting into the financial planning processSupporting the delivery of pricing in relation to cross-functional initiativesEnsuring all deliverables are well governed and have all relevant controls in placeContributing to the continuous improvement of our pricing processesEstablish pricing best practices in the teamCoaching and developing others to improve their skillsOur hybrid model offers a best of both worlds approach. When youll be in the office depends on your role and team but colleagues spend at least 2 days a week in the office you work from could be any of our locations including London Leeds Manchester and Glasgow.What youll need:We are keen to meet enthusiastic passionate and curious individuals who can collaborate effectively with the team and across teams. You will be expected to take ownership and deliver on your commitments.
