This is a unique opportunity to:

  • Champion clients' interests in disputes arising from wills and estates, including challenges to validity, interpretation, and administration.
  • Develop innovative strategies to navigate complex legal issues and achieve the best possible outcomes.
  • Become a trusted advisor, guiding clients through sensitive situations with clear, empathetic communication.
  • Collaborate with a supportive team of experienced professionals, fostering a strong client experience.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Possesses a minimum of 5 years' PQE specializing in contested probate law.
  • Has a proven track record of success in handling high-stakes probate disputes.
  • Offers exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Thrives on meticulous research and case preparation for mediation, negotiation, or litigation.
  • Maintains a strong ethical compass and commitment to client advocacy.
