Fuseland specialise in full mechanical and electrical fit outs across a range of sectors including Commercial , retail, educational and residential.Projects range in value from £50K to £6 million, with a full range of Electrical & Mechanical services offered.The role is office based within our Bristol OfficeDuties: * Review project specifications and drawings . * Conduct site visits when needed and gather necessary information to provide a comprehensive estimate return * Prepare detailed cost estimates, including labour, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs * Collaborate with Mechanical Estimators and other team members to develop accurate estimates * Identify potential risks and opportunities for cost savings * Present estimates to clients and participate in negotiations as needed * Maintain documentation of estimates, including revisions and updatesRequirements: * Proven experience as an Estimator in the Electrical industry * Electrical Installation background is preferred * Proficient in using estimating software (SEC Cypher ) and Microsoft Office * Strong computer skills * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to work independently and meet deadlines * Effective communication and negotiation skillsWe can offer competitive compensation packages and opportunities for career growth within the Business
