Underpinned by our values ofCustomer FocusedPositivity Working Together Trust & Respect and Openness & Transparencyand supported by our friendly workforce we offer a great working environment.About the RoleThe role requires working closely with clients end users and other stakeholders to understand their workspace needs and translating project briefs into clear specifications before presenting fully-costed furniture and equipment solutions drawn from ESPOs product portfolio and frameworks.The post manages the entire project lifecyclefrom initial enquiry and procurement through delivery on-site installation supervision of goods receipt and final invoicing. Throughout the role coordinates with suppliers contractors and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered accurately on time and within budget.About YouTo apply for this post you must:Manage multiple F&E projects from inception to completion ensuring timely and cost-effective deliveryDemonstrate excellent communication skills when liaising with clients suppliers and internal stakeholders to understand requirements and define project scope as well as manage project timelines budgets and risksUndergo UK travel for client meetings as well as attendance at various exhibitions and events to promote the services of the F&E Projects team and the wider ESPO offerCoordinate delivery installation and snagging activities on-site.
