Working closely with our in-house property administration team, you’ll support case reviews, manage legal documentation, and help maintain high regulatory standards in a pension scheme environment.Your Responsibilities Will IncludeReceiving, reviewing, and processing legal documents relating to commercial property transactionsSupporting the property administration team with due diligence, case reviews, and compliance checksEnsuring regulatory and legal standards are maintained within a SIPP/SSAS frameworkLiaising with solicitors, conveyancers, and internal stakeholders on property mattersContributing to process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracyAssisting with record-keeping and reporting across property transactionsWhat We’re Looking ForYou’ll bring a strong legal foundation, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work confidently with property documentation.
