The role holder will be responsible for delivering high-quality case management and administrative support across all aspects of the Help to Buy Wales scheme. This includes managing a varied caseload of new and existing buyer applications processing post-completion events and ensuring compliance with scheme rules and service level agreements.Key responsibilities include: Handling a high volume of detailed cases from application to legal completion Processing redemption and non-redemption tasks such as subletting remortgaging and name changes Verifying legal and financial documentation in line with scheme requirements Providing excellent customer service to buyers mortgage advisors conveyancers and valuers Maintaining accurate records and contributing to process improvements Supporting colleagues and mentoring where requiredWhat were looking for: Strong administrative experience with excellent attention to detail Ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines Confident communicator with a professional and proactive approach Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook) Experience in case handling mortgages or shared equity loans is desirable Welsh language skills are a plusIf youre organised customer-focused and ready to make a difference in helping people across Wales access homeownership wed love to hear from you.About usOur mission is to unlock economic potential in Wales and enhance the local economy by providing sustainable effective finance.When our businesses thrive they create a higher number of better quality jobs.
