Renewables Product Manager

Role: Renewables Product ManagerLocation: Stockport or TelfordContract type: Full time permanentViessmann is now looking for a Renewables Product Manager who will be responsible for developing managing and optimizing the Toshiba Carrier and Viessmann product portfolio for air-to-water heat pumps and solar energy systems (PV and/or thermal).This role ensures the commercial success and technical relevance of these products in line with customer needs regulatory requirements and sustainability goals.Acting as the key interface between factory engineering sales marketing and operations the Product Manager drives innovation market positioning and lifecycle management.What will the key responsibilities beConduct market research to identify customer needs market trends and competitive landscapeCollaborate with all relevant stakeholders to ensure the successful development and launch of new productsAnalyse market data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvementDevelop and implement go-to-market plans including product positioning pricing strategies and promotional activitiesManage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to end-of-life ensuring products remain competitive and meet customer expectationsDevelop and manage the product lines budget including forecasting pricing strategies and cost controlRequirementsIndustry experience in Heating/installations & understands commercial systemsProven experience as a Product Manager preferably in the HVAC or related industrySelf-driven self-motivated results oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality and business profitExceptional communication presentation and interpersonal abilitiesAbility to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong relationship building skills with the ability to negotiate and influence othersExcellent IT skills and experience of Microsoft/Google tools would be an advantageExperience with CRM software Google Workspace Microsoft office and proficiency in product management tools and softwareBenefitsCompetitive salary depending on the employees skills experience qualifications etc25 days annual leave bank holidaysAnnual bonus schemeCompany pension Employee Assistance/Wellbeing ProgrammesLife AssurancePrivate healthcare optionsMore about us:For decades the Viessmann brand has been helping to improve peoples quality of life with innovative technologies initially with heat.
