We are looking for a talented Sous Chef to produce global dishes for our clients. Working from our airy and spacious production kitchen based in South Bermondsey, you will get to work with fresh, seasonal ingredients, cooking from scratch with a daily changing menu.

Our Sous Chef will run their section and to maintain the highest standards of food quality and production. Our Sous Chef will support in ensuring all menu elements leave the kitchen cooked to the highest standard and on time ready to be delivered to our client site.

Shifts are Monday to Friday, 7am to 3:30pm.

  • Able to motivate, train and develop kitchen staff
  • Has a positive attitude and remains calm under pressure
  • Has strong administrative skills; organised and efficient with paperwork
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
