Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Integration Consultant to lead the integration of our innovative solutions into client environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience working with API integrations, enterprise systems, and cross-functional teams. You will ensure that our solutions align with client objectives, exceed expectations, and provide measurable business impact.


Roles & Responsibilities


  • Lead end-to-end integration projects, ensuring seamless and timely delivery. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their requirements and tailor integration strategies accordingly.
  • Design, configure, and implement system integrations, including APIs, middleware, and data pipelines, ensuring secure and efficient data exchange between Akoni's platform and client systems.
  • Provide expert guidance to clients on integration best practices, addressing technical and business challenges. Act as the primary point of contact for integration-related queries.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate integration functionality, performance, and security. Troubleshoot issues and ensure resolution within agreed timelines.
  • Create detailed documentation for integration processes, configurations, and troubleshooting. Provide training to clients and internal teams to ensure successful adoption and usage.
  • Proven experience as an Integration Consultant, Technical Consultant, or similar role, with a focus on API-driven solutions and enterprise systems.
  • Strong expertise in system integration, including RESTful APIs, SOAP, and data exchange formats like JSON, XML, and CSV.
  • Experience with middleware tools like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Azure Integration Services.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms AWS/Azure, and microservices architectures.
  • Knowledge of financial systems and protocols (SWIFT or FIX) is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in scripting or programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript) for custom integration development.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and translate technical concepts into business language.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
