You'll play a key role in ensuring our homes are built safely, efficiently, and to the exceptional standards our customers expect. This role will initially be based finishing off a site in Hawkhurst before moving on to a brand new site in South Chailey, Lewes. What You'll Do: Support the Site Manager in day-to-day site operations. Help coordinate site setup, logistics, and traffic management. Supervise subcontractors and trades, ensuring work is completed to programme and specification. Assist with quality inspections, setting out, and monitoring construction progress. Ensure all Health & Safety, CDM, and environmental standards are maintained. Contribute to risk assessments, method statements, and site documentation. Liaise with engineers, surveyors, and the wider site team to maintain build quality and efficiency. About You:
