Job Title: ConveyancerLocation: Bicester (Hybrid working options available)Salary: DOEAbout the Role: We are seeking a qualified Conveyancer to manage a range of complex residential conveyancing cases with minimal supervision. You will work closely with a Paralegal and the wider team to progress transactions from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for clients. Your responsibilities will include:Handling sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold propertiesManaging re-mortgages and transfers of equityOverseeing new build purchases and shared ownership transactionsLiaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and solicitors to progress transactions efficientlyUndertaking specialist or technical research as requiredDemonstrating effective delegation of administrative tasks to Paralegals and Legal AssistantsTo be successful in this role, you should:Be qualified as a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed ConveyancerHave a robust knowledge of the legal services industryPossess experience in case management and managing a portfolioBe accountable for organising your own workload, which may include high-value propertiesBe able to make independent decisions relating to your area of responsibilityManage a fee-earning target to contribute to the team's successCommunicate effectively at all levels, providing excellent technical advice and client serviceSet an example to other staff in delivering exceptional client serviceWork independently and be self-motivated, while also being a strong team playerBuild strong working relationships both internally and externallyIf you're interested in this opportunity, please submit your CV and cover letter to the recruitment team.
