Service Architect - Remote UK - All UK Addresses ConsideredMain purpose of the jobThe main purpose of a Telefónica Tech Service Architect will:support service design elements of sales pre-sales bid opportunities service implementation and service opportunities aligning with Telefónica Techs strategic delivery of Policing servicesact as the primary service design & architecture interface between the customer and Telefónica Tech.work closely with service delivery and project teams on all new projects and services to be delivered providing guidance direction and advice on service architecture and delivery.act as a subject matter expert providing Telefónica Tech and customers with an understanding of the Service solution across all service delivery - Technical ITIL and supporting business functions.Main Duties and Responsibilities: Essential duties may include but are not limited to the following:Supporting developing and transforming enterprise IT Services for Telefónica Tech within the Policing sector Leading the design and implementation of managed service operations and project deliveryLeading the development of an IT lifecycle management designing services taking service strategy and building processes procedures into operational runbooks and guides across the department.Leading the introduction of key IT service roles and processes needed to act as the bridge between the customer and internal and external IT suppliers.Liaise with program/project/transition management to plan and manage the effective transfer of ICT services to new service designs.Defining the standards required for the existing Telefónica Tech IT teams to adopt ITIL based service managementSupport the core frameworks that will underpin different aspects of the IT department including AGILE DevOps ITIL SFIA TOGAFExperience and skills: Experience:Previous experience in a Service Architect roleMore than years experience in designing implementing and delivering enterprise level IT Managed Services.ITIL QualifiedExperience of managing ITIL processes across service towers and third parties (SIAM)Experience at senior management level in a large complex customer facing organizationProven experience in developing and implementing IT strategies to achieve transformational levels of change and efficiencyExperience (desirable):Advanced academic background preferably to good degree level or equivalentExperience Police Sector aligned Service ArchitectureProven commercial acumenGood working knowledge of relevant functional systemsExperience in dealing with and influencing multi-tier managementAdditional Information : For this role you need to have experience of supporting enterprise service architecture within the Policing sector We dont believe hiring is a tick box exercise so if you feel that you dont match the job description 100% but would still be a great fit for role please get in touch.Remote Work : YesEmployment Type : Full-time Key Skills APIs,Pegasystems,Spring,SOAP,.NET,Hybris,Solution Architecture,Service-Oriented Architecture,Adobe Experience Manager,J2EE,Java,Oracle Experience: years Vacancy: 1
