This is a fantastic opportunity to support and give back to your local community.Your role:Were looking for a Performance Manager to join our dedicated Performance Team.Youll play a critical role in leading monitoring analysing and managing performance across East Suffolk Services Ltd (ESSL). Acting as a strategic advisor to our Senior Leadership Team (SLT) youll provide expert insight to drive service improvements and ensure delivery excellence.Youll also act as a Performance Partner offering professional advice and support to our service providers and internal teams - championing a culture of continuous improvement.What you will need:To succeed in this role youll need:A minimum level 4 qualification in Change Management Business or Management (or equivalent experience).Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide strategic advice on complex and sensitive performance issues.Proven leadership capabilities including experience working with senior leadership teams.A track record of driving improvement and delivering results.Thinking of joining us Heres why you shouldAt East Suffolk Services we truly value our employees.
