Do you thrive in a fast-paced Conveyancing environment?Are you ready to manage your own caseload while supporting a small team?Would you like to join a firm that values collaboration and professional growth?If so, we would love to hear from youThe Role:As a Licensed Conveyancer in the Property Team, you will: * Manage residential conveyancing cases independently, from instruction to post-completion. * Communicate effectively with clients and third parties via phone, email, and letters in a professional and timely manner. * Provide expert legal advice during client meetings. * Collaborate with Conveyancers and Secretaries to ensure smooth transaction progress. * Contribute to business development by fostering relationships with third parties and attending networking events. * Support and train junior team members while balancing your own caseload. * Review title registers, client instructions, and related documentation for accuracy and compliance. * Draft and amend relevant legal documents, ensuring adherence to AML regulations. * Submit applications to the Land Registry and address requisitions promptly.What We Are Looking For:Essential Qualifications: * Qualified Licensed Conveyancer (CLC) or equivalent Level 6 Diploma in Conveyancing Law. * Solid expertise in UK residential property law and conveyancing processes.Experience: * Proven track record of managing a wide variety of residential conveyancing cases.Skills: * Strong organisational and leadership skills to effectively manage caseloads and guide junior staff. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deliver exceptional client service. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently as required.This is a full-time, permanent role offering a competitive salary and the opportunity to thrive in a supportive, forward-thinking firm.Take the next step in your conveyancing career – apply today
