Salary: 25,500 per annum
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM)
Driving Required: Yes

An opportunity has arisen to join this thriving organisation in the capacity of Trainee Administrator. It is a newly created role, and my client is searching for an enthusiastic candidate with a positive outlook who is keen to learn.

The role will suit someone who has strong communication skills and loves to get involved in multiple projects simultaneously.

Key duties will include:-

* Warmly welcoming guests to the office
* Answering and directing incoming calls with professionalism
* Providing vital admin support to the wider team
* Managing fleet and fuel administration

You will receive training on:

* Inputting purchase and sales ledger

o Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
o A university education is preferable
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel
o Outstanding organisational skills
o Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines
o A keen desire to learn and an inquisitive mindset
o A collaborative team player, ready to support colleagues and willing to work extra hours when necessary
