If youre energetic and passionate about technology wed love you on our team.As an EUC Engineer youll be expected to be able to set up install and troubleshoot desktop PCs laptops mobile devices and printers for council staff Directors and Members.Youll be required to manage software and hardware throughout their lifecycle handling packaging deployment updates and fixes to keep everyone working smoothly.On a daily basis you will be required to answer ICT queries resolve a wide range of tech issues and deliver outstanding customer service.Keep asset records accurate and up to date ensuring everything is tracked and compliant with company policies.The successful applicant will create and maintain user guides and procedures to help colleagues get the most from our tech.If youre organised keen to improve and enjoy helping people with technology we offer flexible hours a welcoming team and the chance to develop real world skills.
