Focusing on the execution of the Company’s installations to the highest standard working to deadlines.Responsibilities * Responsible for installing control systems, Video Conferencing systems and Audio-Visual systems to the highest quality and within project deadlines set. * Works under instruction from Project Managers and reports daily on the progress of activities completed. * Identifies and updates the Project Manager of issues encountered and proactively provides technical advice and suggests engineering solutions on site. * Ensures projects are tested thoroughly prior to any sub-contract programmers arriving on site. * Responsible for the interpretation, implementation and improvement of the proposed AV designed solutions. * Ensures technical coordination with the customer throughout an installation, including attendance at client meetings.Experience (Essential) * Experience and knowledge of installing, wiring and configuring first and second fix AV systems, including first and second fix installations. * Wiring and installation of equipment racks and industry best practices/ standards. * Knowledge in the installation and mechanical fixing of heavy equipment to all surfaces. * Strong knowledge and experience in the use and safe operation of powered tooling both battery and mains operated. * Knowledge of installation and software updates
