From breakfast service to banqueting dinners youll ensure every detail is perfect and every guest leaves delighted.Your Day to Day:Support the F&B Manager in running all F&B departments: restaurant bar room service conferences and events.Lead daily briefings and ensure smooth communication across departments.Deliver outstanding guest experiences with a focus on quality consistency and service excellenceLead and inspire the food & beverage team across restaurant bar and events operationsDrive operational excellence compliance and guest satisfaction.Coach and develop your team fostering a culture of warm hospitality and high standards.Monitor budgets stock control and labour costs while driving sales through upselling and promotions.Who Were Looking For:Youll have proven experience managing in high-end hospitality whether that be in a restaurant bar or running events in a management role. Were looking for someone who is a natural leader with a sharp eye for detail and a genuine love for guest service. Youll be a leader who is calm confident and solutions-focused even when the pressures on.Were looking for someone to join our team of assistant food and beverage managers who has ambition to grow into the next management role well support your journey every step of the way with a variety of management courses as well as mentoring and coaching you through your career.
