A new opportunity has come to market for a Commercial Account Executive with our independent insurance broking client based over in Tameside.

As Commercial Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing and servicing a bank of new clients, whilst also inheriting a small book of commercial business. You will be supplied with a database of leads whilst also being required to source your own leads and be proactive with these to secure New Business.

Quality support will also be provided to you by Account Handlers to support with providing a high level of service to each and every one of your client base.

Our client prides itself on having a nice, friendly working environment and lovely close knit team. Free onsite parking is also available.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of Commercial Insurance in a broking environment, able to demonstrate a strong knowledge across a wide range of different products.
  • An excellent understanding of the UK insurance market.
  • Ability to generate leads independently whilst also securing new business through warm leads provided to you internally.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in a verbal and written manner, able to develop and maintain close relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Enthusiastic, hardworking and driven attitude, able to work well as part of a team and also have a keen eye for detail.
  • Acturis experience is also required.
