PURPOSE: TheMixing Supervisoris responsible for overseeing the mixing process in the production facility to ensure the accurate and efficient blending of raw materials according to production specifications. This role involves supervising the mixing team, ensuring quality control standards are met, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The Mixing Supervisor will also monitor equipment performance, ensure adherence to production schedules, and implement continuous improvement practices to optimize production efficiency and product quality. The goal is to ensure that all products are mixed correctly, safely, and on time, contributing to overall production goals and customer satisfaction.Job Duties and Responsibilities Create Transfer Orders by using ERP system as per required mixing plan. Verify the delivered stock against the control sheets and transfer orders. Return all the excess or remaining Liquid Raw Material to RM department once all the jobs are completed. Incorporate the consumed quantities of Liquid Raw Material in the BOM journals and post them when the return process is completed. Ensuring the mixing processes are held according to the mixing plan. Daily / monthly Mixing Production Report send to line manager Check that all raw materials are available to complete the mixing plan on daily basis. Ensure to place the Liquid Raw Material order on weekly basis. Ensure to place purchase requisition for all the consumables (including, PPE, hair/beard net, shoe covers, gloves, washing items etc.) Liaise with RM department to ensure the available stock on ERP is available physically in the warehouse. Ensure that all liquids are QC approved and tested by Nicotine Testing Machine (GC Machine) before sending the liquids to the bottling department. Ensure confidentiality across the mixing department and control sheets. Responsible to monitor equipment performance and ensure all the Equipment are in always working order. Raise a Ticket to maintenance team if any repairs or fixing is needed Ensure all the Drums/buckets are available to perform the mixing jobs. Liaise with R&D department regarding the current flavor's and the new launch recipes. Creating Rota as per production plan. Ensure a strict adherence to all health and safety standards as well as clean room protocols. Train and guide the staff to be confident in working process of E-Liquid Environment. Maintaining hygiene in & out of the mixing Lab. Any ad-hoc task given by line manager.Role Requirements Attention to detail and accuracy Able to work independently or with team IT SkillsExcel, Word, Experience using ERP Systems is preferable however training will be provided Understanding financial & waste management process.
